The project started with the first Phase, which is now completed inspired by the Concord Pacific Place development along False Creek in Vancouver, Canada. Phase II of the project will mostly include building unbelievably tall skyscrapers and towers, especially in a block, and will be known as "the tallest block in the world." Each one of these tall gigantic masterpieces will give a different shape to the area and are signs of the extraordinary engineering talent that can already be seen in different parts of Dubai land. Buildings that are between 250 meters (820 ft) to 300 meters (984 ft) high and the height of some of them reaches more than 350 meters and 400 meters.

Jumeirah Beach Residence

Jumeirah beach residence, with a distance of 2 square kilometers (0.77 square miles) is an advanced and modern shore area in Dubai Marina right in front of The Gulf, which is known as the largest single-phase residential development in the world. An exceptional coastal area that is pretty unique considering includes 40 luxurious towers, of which 35 are residential skyscrapers and 5 hotels, and more than 15,000 people can live in the buildings of this residence. Al Sahab
